Any suggestions for some good hard sci-fi or fantasy?

Iv'e read tons of fantasy and sci-fi and at the moment I'm at a standstill. I'm re-reading the Chronicles of Narnia and my local library doesn't have any new material. I'm 13 years old so if you could suggest some good fiction books around my age range (preferably some that are 300+ or in a series) Iv'e read the usual ortment of books: Harry Potter, L.O.R, Redwall, Seven Towers, Artemis Fowl, His Dark Materials, Galactic Center Series, etc. So if you can give some books that are not that commonly found I would apprecate it.
