Which agp video card is better?

Hi, could someone please tell me which one of these 2 agp cards is better or any other better options? I have a spending limit of $50 and it has to be agp. I will be using it for watching dvds/videos and playing half life 2 and dod source. My latest vid card that died was a Powercolor 9800 SE for comparison.
